"Soul Glo"

Thought this was interesting. A funny play on words.

LACOSTE (DOT FADE PACK)

I like these simple yet colorful Lacoste shoes. The Dot gradient is a nice change from regular colorway gradients seen on other shoes.

Zipper! adidas Originals x Nom de Guerre Forum Hi

The Zipper. It can be seen on a lot of japanese designers concepts when dealing with shoes. Why other nations don't do this? Maybe the zipper has certain connotations that allow for simple uses and crazy designs, or maybe shoe laces are just old fashion....Either way I am starting to get swayed over to this aspect.

Feel Like a Picnic? Nike Skinny Dunk Hi (JAM JAR)

Im all for different styles of patterns on shoes and making things work, but sometimes creativity knows no boundaries as seen on this pair. Making a pitstop at a picnic and matching with the table might be suitable for some, but as for me I will pass.

Craziest video Seen so far this week.

This is some crazy looped video of a Digital female that seems relatively simple to compose.

Spotted at the International Stationery and Office Products Fair, this eye-catching digital signage system consists of a 0.3-millimeter-thick high-luminance rear-projection film (Vikuiti Rear Projection Film developed by 3M) applied to a 3-millimeter-thick glass substrate cut into the shape of a woman. A rear projector beams video onto the film, whose microbead-arrayed surface produces a crisp, brilliant image viewable from any angle, even in brightly lit environments.
Kind of funny how it has clothes attached to it in the video and only the top moves. Implementing this type of technology into other forms of advertisements could lead to a whole new industry.

Eyeshield in my NCAA 10?!!

As seen on a blog post from
Japanator.com

Pi Kappa Alpha - Anchorsplash 2009 (Virginia Tech).

This video is pretty clever, but could have used more dance steps or even more crazy shit. The soundtrack is dope though.

Kanye West X LV

I cant believe I have not posted about these before. This is the Womens shoe that Kanye West did when he collaborated with Louis Vuitton. The bottom glows in the dark!

These Red ones seem pretty interesting although the solid color would make me think someone has a very outgoing personality if they were wearing these. Kind look like if a person were wearing a Red Lego on their feet.

The white ones are pretty dope more in my direction. Simple yet effective.

These black ones look tough! The solid color again.

WWTDD

I like this website. It is where I go to get my celebrity fix. What makes this site stand out from all the other celebrity gossip websites is that the owner doesn't give a !@#$. The site used to be better before it went and joined a blogroll as it seems to have watered down its content and take some of the fun out. Overall this website covers the most important celeb stories and also some that just dont matter which is why I seem to like it. Seriously visit the site and it will make you laugh at some point.

I would rate this site a 5 out of 5.

Supra TK Society

Tk Standing for Terry Kennedy, the Collab with Supra.

Um so ok, Although I do appreciate supra the brand and they have had some shoes that I would like, it seems they are getting a bit carried away here as the straps are starting to get a little high. Any higher and they might as well become wrestling boots.

Wonder Womans Shoes

Although these are for girls, It does look like these shoes belong to wonder woman in the style and pattern that they are made up in. I think they are alright, but it does strike a chord because im a comic fan.

Robot Girl Making Coffee

Craziest thing I have seen all week.I wonder how long it took to program that little robot to do all those tasks.

Sigg Jones

Sigg Jones is an upcoming 3D animation movie produced by three French film students. Their love for sneakers takes up an important role in the movie, with the main character getting super powers via his Magic Dunk.

I love this little short piece of a film, the shoes look cool especially if they were in a different color.

Marc Jacobs QR

As a popular fixture in the Japanese mobile phone market, QR codes represent the wave of the future for digital content. Having seen high-fashion brands take the plunge including the previously seen Louis Vuitton QR Code by Takashi Murakami, Marc Jacobs gets into the act with their very own code.

The “Miss Marc” QR code features a hand-drawn mascot which will launch in accordance with the new Japanese MARC BY MARC JACOBS mobile website starting July 1st.

Sherdog

For those of you interested in knowing everything there is to know about MMA(Mixed Martial Arts) I would suggest this website. This site has become the epitome of knowledge about everything there is to know about this sport, or is it a form of art? Since its categorized as mixed martial ARTS, does that mean its a form of performance art?

Getting back on subject this site chronicles every MMA fighter and has their overall records, upcoming bouts, highlight videos etc. In the form of appealing to the user this website has a lot of information that is relevant, tons of content updated constantly. From a Design aspect, I would rate this website pretty low as it is not pretty, it lays on a flat gray background with only orange highlights here and there.

Since this website is not meant to be about looking pretty (as most MMA fighters look ugly after bouts) it does accomplish its goal.

I would rate this website a 4 out of 5.

Zazzle

Here is a great sight if you wanna get creative and sell products at the same time. The usability is very helpful and its pretty easy to make something out of your imagination. What is also pretty good is how you can make things for yourself and you don't have to buy tons of products but can get just one if you want. They do help when it comes to selling your creations although they do frown on using licensed items even though its your own modification.

I would rate this site a 4 out of 5.

Zappos

For those that are looking for a great site to access a whole database of shoes this site is one I would recommend. They have a whole collection from mens and females, ranging with cheap and affordable to more high-end designer prices. What I really like is that they have a great shipping method.

Not only shoes, but they also carry a whole range of accessories and other items.

I would rate this website a 5 out of 5.

"RX78 Gundam" 1/1 scale

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the mecha anime/manga/toy/video game franchise,18-meter-tall (59-foot-tall) RX-78. Fifty points on the Gundam statue will emit light, and mist will shoot out of 14 different points on the statue. I think next they should make a 1:1 model of godzilla... that the public can walk inside.

Converse Fall/Winter 2009 Chuck Taylor Hi Strap

I know I know another shoe post, but this shoe really stands out for me. Being a collector of converse in different flavors im actually in love with this shoe. Even though the strap does seem a bit like its a little late in terms to other shoe companies already doing that, but i like it on these shoes.

Nike Jordan L Style

So i kind of have a sort of fetish for interesting footwear. These right here are some Jordans taken to the next level of fashion. Im not really big on Jordans per se, but they are some of the most reliable shoes when it comes to staying ahead of the game.

adidas Originals by Originals Jeremy Scott Fall/Winter 2009 Snow Boots

Now these are some captain america shoes lol. I wonder if someone ever decided to wear snow shoes like these just walking around the block, it would be sort of like gundam shoes. Actually they kind of look more like wrestling shoes.

Sam Sparro

Sam Sparro (born Sam Falson on 8 November 1982) is a Grammy nominated Australian singer-songwriter of Portuguese descent. The music is very catchy and this song has made me a fan of him. Deff check him out, added a freebie for those of you interested.

Money Warps your Life

ANnoriginal art piece by vitamin_M

Project Natal

Full body motion sensing? sounds like taking the nintendo wii to the next level. Is it a gimmick or is it actually going to be useful?

According to HighSnobiety:
"During the E3 conference Microsoft gave a first preview of their upcoming Project Natal for XBOX 360. We have to admit that is is quite impressive. Playing games, watching movies, listening to music and much more can be done with Project Natal without a controller."

PSP Go

The new PSP which was unveiled at E3 this year. Looks very interesting although it seems a bit small compared to the original. No UMD? no problem for me. This may seem to work better as all games will be able to be loaded on the Flash memory.
